since you have to watch the 6th movie before this episode, i'm just gonna share my thoughts on it, if you haven't watched it yet, don't read this comment.

well, the movie wasn't bad, i didn't like LOVE it just.. liked it. it wasn't gag-worthy idk why, it felt stale story wise. like we knew who killed from the start so there wasn't much to keep you thrilled.
the movie was like "if conan x sword art online was a thing" it was the exact thing. as a fan of SAO, i liked it but the whole plot wasn't interesting at all. the virtual reality game idea was so good, but the london themed story and all wasn't interesting to me. and it was a bit confusing at the end i didn't quite get the motive and it cuts off abruptly and skips a lot.

but it's still gets a pass, the scenery, animation & art is just perfect. 10/10. truly captivating.
also my favourite moments when haibara was acting like a kid and being sweet and childish lmao
when they went to protect holmes lover to not get killed and it was actually yukiko lmao but she looked so damn good.
also, jack the ripper disguise was jaw dropping.
when hideki reveals he made the game to play with friends because he never got to have friends to play with and was jealous of conan and his dad communicating during the game, i cried ngl.

also, they mentioned before how conan is kinda like holmes and some guy named james (named after james moriarty in that movie) is challenging conan and wants to be his arch-enemy rival.
so it was like a backstory of this, so i enjoyed knowing about those characters and their relationship.

but yeah that's about it. it wasn't spectacular. but it was cute, I'd watch it again just for the scenery and aesthetics. I'd rate it 5/10.
